Dominic is a member of, and proud to be an ambassador for, the European Piano Teachers Association (EPTA). He has occasional vacancies for students in North Lancashire and Manchester. Dominic teaches advanced students (usually Grade 7/8 and above), and also delivers master classes to small groups. He specialises in preparation for auditions, performance practice and competitions. His aim is for students to develop a healthy technique, based on the methods developed by Penelope Roskell, and to foster expressive and confident performances. Dominic has a particular interest in the music of under-represented composers, and encourages his students to pair standard diploma-level repertoire with lesser-known works.
